I am a single mom with 4 children. I just recently moved from living at the Road Home to a basement apartment. The landlord told me that she started a new job and the team she was on wanted to help me out with buying some Easter items for my children. I am so grateful for the help because two days prior my wallet was stolen and it had $250 in it. I was devastated, so when she showed me the Easter items the team bought I got a bit teary eyed. It made my whole day, week and probably month. So THANK YOU to all of you!
I pulled up to Maverick to get gas and when I did a worker came out and told me that $10 was already paid for as a random act of kindness and then I saw a card taped on the pump. Thank you so much person from CHG. This is the first time I've received a random act of kindness and I will pay it forward.
A very good looking man gave me 15.00 outside of Maverick. I got a demotion at work today and was going in to Mavericks for a treat to eat my feelings. This guy made my day , I was in shock and started to cry. I was not able to properly thank him as he was gone before I knew it. I am now looking for a way to play-it-forward!! Thank you thank you thank you. You'll never know..,,,,,
Once upon a time, there was this awesome girl who knew how to cross her T's and Dot her I's. She helped a "lexdysic" developer make a giving site read like a crazy person had not written all the copy. Not feeling like a crazy person freed this developer to go on and live a full and happy life. Thanks, L.
Met up with Eli and Dan for dinner. It has been a couple years since we hung out last. Eli paid for everyone (my wife and I, Dan ate earlier). It was really nice of him to do it and I appreciated the gesture quite a bit. I will definitely be passing it on!
Our neighbors helped us unpack our moving truck. I think we are going to like it here.
I asked a friend to help with our new business by hanging up flyers in their neighborhood. I offered to pay, but she did it for free as an act of kindness instead. I couldn't be happier to spread my kindness.
